This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services. The contractor must provide all labor, transportation, equipment, materials, and supervision to supply clean and serviceable protective clothing to employees at the 81st RD G4 Shop in Puerto Rico. Performance begins November 1, 2026, includes a 45-day phase-in, and runs through October 31, 2027. The contract includes four 12-month option periods and a six-month extension option.
