This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services and constitutes the only solicitation; no separate written solicitation will be issued. The contractor will provide non-personal services, including all labor, transportation, equipment, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to provide clean and serviceable protective clothing to 81st RD G4 Shop employees at locations in Puerto Rico, per the Performance Work Statement. The period of performance is expected to start November 1, 2026 (or a subsequent date), include a 45-day phase-in, and continue through October 31, 2027. It also includes four 12-month option periods and a six-month option to extend services.
