The objective of this contract is for the contractor to perform necessary grounds maintenance services in a manner that will maintain satisfactory lawn, tree, shrub, and other exterior flora in a condition that presents a clean, neat, and professional appearance as defined in the Performance Work Statement. Period of the performance for the base year shall be 1 September 2026 (or subsequent date) through 31 March 2027, plus four (4) twelve-month option years and an optional6-month extension.
