Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside (FAR 19.14)

This is a non-personal service contract for comprehensive grounds maintenance at four locations in Illinois. The period of performance is from April 1, 2026, to March 31, 2027, with four optional 12-month extensions and a six-month service extension option. This requirement is exclusively set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs). Eligible vendors must be verified and listed on the SBA Small Business Search website.
