Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a solicitation for a non-personal services contract to provide comprehensive custodial services at two specified locations in New Mexico: the Joseph I Gonzales ARC in Santa Fe and the Las Cruces ARC in Las Cruces. The base period of performance is from April 1, 2026, to March 31, 2027. The contract includes four optional 12-month extension periods and an additional six-month option to extend services.
