The Contractor shall provide all personnel, labor, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools,materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to performgrounds maintenance ... The period ofperformance shall be for one (1) Base Period beginning 1 April 2026 (or subsequent date)through 31 March 2027 and four (4) 12-month option periods with an option to extend servicesfor up to six (6) months.
