Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a contract for comprehensive grounds maintenance services for the 88th Readiness Division, in accordance with a Performance Work Statement. The period of performance is from April 1, 2026, to February 28, 2027, with four one-year options and a six-month extension option. The contractor must provide all labor, transportation, equipment, materials, and supervision. The solicitation documents are available through the PIEE system.
