This is a contract for comprehensive snow removal services at three specified locations in Ogden, Utah. The period of performance is from February 1, 2026 (or a subsequent date) to January 31, 2027. The contract includes four 12-month option periods and an additional 6-month option to extend services. The contractor must provide all labor, transportation, equipment, materials, and supervision. Work must be performed in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement.
