The Contractor shall be responsible for performing grounds maintenance treatments for invasive vegetation control, aeration, fertilization, seeding, grub control, and weed control at the Commemorative Area, encompassing roughly 12 acres in size. The contractor shall perform to the standards and specifications outlined in the PWS. The contractor shall accomplish all work in multiple applications throughout the active period of performance months from April to October for a Base Period beginning 1 March 2026 (or subsequent date) and four (4) Option Years.
