Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a contract for comprehensive custodial services at the 63rd Regional Support Command located at TX188 Brownsville AFRC in Brownsville, Texas. The required period of performance is from April 1, 2026, to March 31, 2027. The contract includes a base period with four one-year option periods and an additional six-month extension option. The contractor must provide all labor, transportation, equipment, materials, and supervision necessary to perform the services in accordance with the Performance Work Statement.
