SBA Certified Economically Disadvantaged WOSB (EDWOSB) Program Set-Aside (FAR 19.15)

This is a contract for refuse and recycling services at eight specified Army Reserve locations in Michigan. The period of performance is for one base period beginning on or after January 1, 2026, followed by four 12-month option periods and a potential six-month extension. The government will not supervise the service providers, as they will be accountable solely to the winning contractor.
