This is a contract for comprehensive parking lot sweeping services at 11 locations throughout California. The performance period is from March 1, 2026, to February 28, 2027. The contract includes four optional 12-month extension periods and one optional 6-month extension. The contractor must provide all labor, transportation, equipment, materials, and supervision. Work must be performed in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement.
