Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a contract for comprehensive Ground Maintenance Services at the Cedar Rapids Military Equipment Parking facility in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. The work includes all labor, transportation, equipment, materials, and supervision. The base period of performance is from November 1, 2025, to October 31, 2026. The contract includes four optional 12-month extension periods and an additional six-month option to extend services. Services must be performed in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement.
