This is a non-personal services contract to provide janitorial/custodial services as defined in this PWS at Army Reserve facility TX011 Carl Pipkin ARC located at 3020 College Street Beaumont, TX 77701-4606. The Government will not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government.
