Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a solicitation for snow removal services at seven sites in Minnesota. The period of performance is from 1 November 2025 (or a subsequent start date) to 31 October 2026, with four additional 12-month option periods and a six-month extension option. The set-aside has been changed to 100% Small Business. A signed copy of Amendment 0001 is required for a quote to be valid. All other terms and conditions from the original solicitation remain unchanged.
