Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a market research Sources Sought Notice to identify potential contractors capable of providing Facility Investment Services for preventative and corrective maintenance at fourteen locations in Texas. The notice is specifically intended to facilitate a potential set-aside for small businesses. Responses, which must not exceed five pages and include a detailed capability statement, are due by 10:00 A.M. CDT on September 22, 2025. All responses and questions must be submitted via email to the specified point of contact. This is not a solicitation, and the government is not obligated to issue one or pay for any information submitted.
