Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Sole Source (FAR 19.14)

This is a non-personal services contract to provide custodial services at the Armed Forces Reserve Center TX196 in Tyler, Texas. The period of performance is a base period from 01 January 2026 through 31 December 2026, followed by four twelve-month option periods and a six-month option to extend services. The work is to be performed at 13592 State Highway 31 W, Tyler, TX 75709-5151. The amendment updates the price schedule for routine cleaning from a quantity of 10.5 months to 12 months.
