This is a non-personal services contract to provide grounds maintenance services as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS) at Army Reserve facility NE024 located at 9750 North Street Elkhorn, NE 68022. The Government will not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government.
