The purpose of amendment one (1) is to update Clauses to comply with Class Deviation 2025-O0003-Restoring Merit-Based Opportunity in Federal Contracts. All other terms and conditions of this solicitation remain unchanged. Please note a signed copy of the amendment must be submitted in addition to other requirements at time of quote. Solicitation W911SA25QA090 will be issued on Tuesday, 04 March 2025 and can be accessed at www.sam.gov. This requirement is for grounds maintenance services at NE024 at Elkhorn, NE. The performance period is 1 April 2025 (or subsequent date) to 31 March 2026 with four (4) 12 month options years to extend services. Quotes shall be emailed to Leslie.A.Koenig2.civ@army.mil. It is the contractor’s responsibility to ensure their quote is received by the due date and time. As an Addendum to FAR 52.212-1, contractor shall submit all items in accordance with Addendum 52.212-1 by the solicitation closing date and time. The contractor SHALL provide all required documents with submission of quotes. Signed SF 1449 Completed information from paragraph 7 and 8 of Addendum 52.212-1 Completed Price Schedule Attachment.
