The purpose of Amendment 0001 is to update clauses to comply with Class Deviation 2025-O0003-Restoring Merit-Based Opportunity in Federal Contracts. All other terms and conditions of the soliciation remain unchanged. Please note a signed copy of the amendment must be submitted in addition to other requirements at time of quoite. This requirement is for Waste Pumping & Disposal Services at Garrison - Fort McCoy, WI. The period of performance is 1 April 2025 to 31 March 2026 with four (4) option periods and a six (6) month option to extend services. Quotes shall be emailed to Ms. Deena Murphy at deena.l.murphy.civ@army.mil . Quotes are due to the Government on or before the date/time listed on the solicitation in central time. It is the contractor’s responsibility to ensure their quote is received by the due date and time. The contractor shall submit all items in accordance with the solicitation, by the solicitation closing date and time. The contractor SHALL provide all required documents with submission of quotes.
