Non-Personal Service to provide all labor, transportation, equipment, materials, supervision and other items for services necessary for a custodial service at 2 locations (2700 Southern Blvd, Parsons KS 67357 and 1310 E Atkinson Rd., Pittsburg, Kansas 66762) in accordance with the Performance Work Statement and terms and conditions of the solicitation and resultant contract. The period of performance is 1 March 2025 (or subsequent date) to 28 February 2026 with four (4) twelve (12) month option periods and a six month (6) option to extend services.
