The quote due date and time has been extended from January 7, 2025 at 10:00 AM Local time to January 13, 2025 at 10:00 AM Local time. Attachment 9-Questions and Responses, has been added to provide responses to questions. Attachment 1-PWS has been updated to include an address for KS105 in Part 1. The line items and the description have been updated from eight locations to ten locations. Attachment 7, Task and Frequency, has been updated to include the correct city for KS105. Solicitation W911SA-25-Q-A004 will be issued on Friday, December 20, 2024, and can be accessed at www.sam.gov. This requirement is for Refuse and Recycling Services at eight (8) locations in Kansas. The performance period is 1 February 2025 to 31 January 2026 with four (4) option years and a six (6) month option to extend services. Quotes shall be emailed to melissa.t.larson.civ@army.mil. Quotes are due to the Government on or before the date/time listed on the solicitation in central time. It is the contractor’s responsibility to ensure their quote is received by the due date and time. As an Addendum to FAR 52.212-1, contractor shall submit all items in accordance with the Supplemental Information by the solicitation closing date and time. Signed Amendments (if applicable) If all required documents are not provided with the quote submission, your quote MAY NOT be considered for award. Written questions must be furnished to the Government no later 10:00 AM CST, Monday, December 30, 2024. Vendors interested in this solicitation should access www.sam.gov for issuance of the solicitation, associated documents and solicitation amendments. Vendors will not be directly notified of solicitation amendments.
