Solicitation W911SA25Q3040 will be issued on Friday, 11 October 2024, and can be accessed at www.sam.gov. This requirement is for Snow Removal Services at two (2) location in Illinois. The performance period is 01 November 2024 (or subsequent date) to 31 October 2025 with four (4) option years and a six (6) month option to extend services. Quotes shall be emailed to laurie.e.lago.civ@army.mil. Quotes are due to the Government on or before the date/time listed on the solicitation in central time. It is the contractor’s responsibility to ensure their quote is received by the due date and time. As an Addendum to FAR 52.212-1, contractor shall submit all items in accordance with the Supplemental Information by the solicitation closing date and time. The contractor SHALL provide all required documents with submission of quotes. Signed SF 1449, Completed information from the Supplemental Information section Completed Price Schedule Attachment. Signed Amendments (if applicable) If all required documents are not provided with the quote submission, your quote MAY NOT be considered for award. All quotes due 21 October 2024 no later than 10:00AM CST. Telephone, written or electronic request for hard copies of the solicitation documentation will be discouraged. Vendors interested in this solicitation should access www.sam.gov for issuance of the solicitation, associated documents and solicitation amendments. Vendors will not be directly notified of solicitation amendments.
