This is a Request for Proposal for the following project: W911SA24R2012 NV008 Repair wastewater treatment plant for the 63RD REGION 4 - Sloan, NV. This project is 100% government designed. The required completion date for the project shall be within 30 days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP). In accordance with FAR 52.219-13 this is a SMALL BUSINESS set aside. Fort McCoy invites you to provide a proposal for the above referenced requirement. The projects are described in the enclosed specification and drawing files listed ATTACHED. In accordance with FAR 36.204, the magnitude is Between $25,000 and $100,000. A bid guarantee is required for this project if the proposal is greater than $150,000.00. The successful offeror will be required to submit payment and performance bonds in the amount of 100% of the task order price if the award amount exceeds $150,000.00, within ten (10) calendar days after task order award, or payment bond if award is in-between $30,000-$150,000. Work performed under this project shall be subject to the Department of Labor Building Wage Determination, Copy Attached. Proposals shall be submitted to this office by 8 AUG 2024 by 02:00 PM CDT. Proposals submitted after the established submission date may be rejected. Offers providing less than 90 calendar days for government acceptance after the date offers are due will not be considered and will be rejected. Offerors are to provide a detailed construction cost breakdown of their proposal describing material and labor costs associated with this project, subtotaled by the sixteen divisions of the specification format developed by the Construction Specification Institute (CSI). To comply with this, offerors are to complete and submit the enclosed W911SA24R2012 Attachment 5 ? TE-5 MATOC Construction. The government intends to award one CONTRACT for this project based on the overall lowest price, responsiveness to the project requirements, and whose price can be determined fair and reasonable.
