Solicitation W911SA24Q3143 will be issued on Monday 16 September 2024 and can be accessed at www.SAM.gov. This requirement is for Snow Removal Services at five (5) locations through out the state of Ohio. The performance period is 1 November 2024 (or subsequent date) to 31 October 2025 with four (4) option years and a six (6) month option to extend services. Quotes are due to the Government on or before the date/time listed on the solicitation in central time. It is the contractor’s responsibility to ensure their quote is received by the due date and time. As an Addendum to FAR 52.212-1, contractor shall submit all items in accordance with the Supplemental Information by the solicitation closing date and time. The contractor SHALL provide all required documents with submission of quotes. Signed SF1449 Completed information from the Supplemental Information section Completed Price Schedule Attachment. Signed Amendments (if applicable) If all required documents are not provided with the quote submission, your quote MAY NOT be considered for award. Place of Performance; At five (5) Locations throughout the state of Ohio. Please see Solictation for site location addresses. ***Site visits will not be held for this requirement.*** Written questions must be furnished to the Government no later Friday, 20 September 2024 @ 10:00 A.M. CST Telephone, written or electronic request for hard copies of the solicitation documentation will be discouraged. Vendors interested in this solicitation should access www.sam.gov for issuance of the solicitation, associated documents and solicitation amendments. Vendors will not be directly notified of solicitation amendments. The purpose of amendment one (1) is to respond to vendor questions. All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged. Questions and Answer responses have been incorporated in the Solicitation. Please see SF30.
