The purpose of amendment one (1) is to extend the offer due date, respond to vendor questions, revise the quantities within the solicitation, and update Attachment 1 – Price Schedule-CUI and Attachment 2 – Tree Locations-Sizes-Quantities. All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged. Quotes are due no later than Monday, August 12, 2024 @ 10:00 AM CST. **Please note a signed copy of the amendment must be submitted in addition to other requirements at time of quote.** Question and Answer responses have been incorporated into the solicitation This requirement is for Statewide Tree Removal Services at seven (7) facilities in Wisconsin. The period of performance is 1 September 2024 to 31 December 2024. Quotes should be emailed to Ms. Deena Murphy at deena.l.murphy.civ@army.mil. Quotes are due to the Government on or before the date/time listed on the solicitation in Central Time. It is the contractor’s responsibility to ensure their quote is received by the due date and time. As an Addendum to FAR 52.212-1, contractor shall submit all items in accordance with the Supplemental Information by the solicitation closing date and time.
