Solicitation W911SA24Q3086 will be issued on Tuesday, 20 February 2024, and can be accessed at www.sam.gov. This requirement is for Grounds Maintenance Services at ten (10) locations in Wisconsin. The performance period is 01 March 2024 (or subsequent date) to 28 February 2025 with four (4) option years and a six (6) month option to extend services. Quotes shall be emailed to laurie.e.lago.civ@army.mil. Quotes are due to the Government on or before the date/time listed on the solicitation in central time. It is the contractor’s responsibility to ensure their quote is received by the due date and time. As an Addendum to FAR 52.212-1, contractor shall submit all items in accordance with the Supplemental Information by the solicitation closing date and time. The contractor SHALL provide all required documents with submission of quotes. Signed SF 1449, Completed information from the Supplemental Information section Completed Price Schedule Attachment. Signed Amendments (if applicable) If all required documents are not provided with the quote submission, your quote MAY NOT be considered for award. Places of Performance will be at ten (10) locations throughout Wisconsin. Please see the attached Solicitation and/or the Drawings for specific addresses. ***No Site Visit will be held for this Solicitation*** Written questions must be furnished to the Government no later 10:00 AM CST, Thursday, 22 February 2024. All quotes due Tuesday, 27 February 2024 no later than 10:00AM CST Telephone, written or electronic request for hard copies of the solicitation documentation will be discouraged. Vendors interested in this solicitation should access www.sam.gov for issuance of the solicitation, associated documents and solicitation amendments. Vendors will not be directly notified of solicitation amendments.
