The Purpose of Amendment Two (2) is to is to update types of mowing, See updated Drawings and Price Schedule. The quote due date has been updated to 13 May 2024 at 10:00 AM CST. The base period of performance has been updated to 1 June 2024 to 31 May2025. The Purpose of Amendment One (1) is to is to open the solicitation to all small businesses. The quote due date has been updated to 01 May 2024 at 10:00 AM CST. The base period of performance has been updated to 10 May 2024 to 30 April 2025. A site visit has been added for Thursday 25 April 2024 1:30 PST. Written questions must be furnished to the government no later than 10:00 AM CST, Friday 26 April 2024. Solicitation W911SA24Q3084 will be issued on Thursday, 14 March 2024, and can be accessed at www.sam.gov. This requirement is for Grounds Maintenance Services at one (1) location in Washington. The performance period is 1 May 2024 to 30 April 2025 with one (1) option year and a six (6) month option to extend services. Quotes shall be emailed to courtney.l.davis65.civ@army.mil. Quotes are due to the government on or before the date/time listed on the solicitation in central time. It is the contractor's responsibility to ensure their quote is received by the due date and time. As an adendum to FAR 52.212-1, contractor shall submit all items in accordance with the Supplemental Information by the solicitation closing date and time. The contractor SHALL provide all required documents with submission of quotes. Vendors interested in this solicitation should access www.sam.gov for issuance of the solicitation, associated documents and solicitation amendments. Vendors will not be directly notified of solicitation amendments.
