The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC)-Fort McCoy intends to award a sole source, firm-fixed-price contract to InVeris Training Solutions, 296 Brogdon Road, Suwanee, GA 30024, CAGE Code 087W6. The purpose of this acquisition is to procure twelve untethered M17 pistol simulators, a compressed air filling station, Yoke Valve assembly, magazine adapters, and a year extended warranty from InVeris Training Solutions to be delivered FOB Destination to Fort Hunter Liggett, California. The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition for this action is 41 U.S.C. 1901 as implemented by FAR 13.106-1(b), Soliciting from a single source, for purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold. InVeris is the original equipment manufacturer of the Engagement Skills Trainer and the M17 pistol simulators are upgrades to the proprietary skills trainer system currently in use at Fort Hunter Liggett. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals or quotations. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered before the notice end date. Interested concerns must show clear and convincing evidence that they are eligible and capable of providing these services. If no affirmative written responses are received by 11:00 AM Central Time on 08 September 2023, an award will be made without further notice. A request for documentation will not be considered an affirmative response. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed requirement is solely within the discretion of the Government. It is noted that offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database to receive a Government contract award. Offerors may register for SAM at https://sam.gov.
