The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC), Fort McCoy, Wisconsin has a requirement for Repair Drainage and Electrical at Range 100. Work to be performed will be within the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 238990 with a small business size standard of $19.0 million. Solicitation W911SA23B2008 will be issued as an Invitation for Bids (IFB) using the procedures outlined in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 14 as supplemented by the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), and the Army Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (AFARS). It is anticipated that this requirement will be awarded as a single award, firm fixed-price contract. This solicitation will be Full and Open Competition Project magnitude is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Period of Performance: Work is to be completed 120 DAYS After Notice to Proceed (ANP). MICC Fort McCoy intends to issue the solicitation within 30 days of this pre-solicitation notice. The site visit date and time will be provided in the solicitation, once it is posted.
