Work to be performed will be within the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 238220 with a small business size standard of $16.5 Million. Solicitation W911SA23B2004 will be issued as an Invitation for Bids (IFB) using the procedures outlined in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 14 as supplemented by the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), and the Army Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (AFARS). It is anticipated that this requirement will be awarded as a single award, firm fixed-price contract. This solicitation will be 100% Small Business. Project magnitude is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The anticipated period of performance will be 17 February 2023 through 16 February 2024 as a base year, with two (2) twelve (12) month option years.
