The construction work will be limited to 8th Street between Davis Avenue and Dougherty Road within the PRFTA cantonment area. Damaged sidewalks/curbs shall be replaced with new sidewalks/curbs. The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC), Fort McCoy, Wisconsin has a requirement for sidewalk repairs at Park Reserve Forces Training Area (PRFTA) in Dublin, CA. Work to be performed will be within the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 238990 with a small business size standard of $16.5 Million. Solicitation W911SA22B2011 will be issued as an Invitation for Bids (IFB) using the procedures outlined in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 14 as supplemented by the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), and the Army Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (AFARS). It is anticipated that this requirement will be awarded as a single award, firm fixed-price contract. This solicitation will be competed as a 100% small business set-aside. Project magnitude is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Period of Performance: Work is to be completed 120 days from the notice to proceed, anticipated award around Jul/Aug 2022. MICC Fort McCoy intends to issue the solicitation within 30 days of this presolicitation notice. The site visit date and time will be provided in the solicitation, once it is posted.
