The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC), Fort McCoy, Wisconsin has a requirement to increase hot water capabilities in B1364 on Fort McCoy, Wisconsin. Contractor shall provide all parts, labor, tools, equipment, materials, supervision and transportation necessary to complete the work necessary to increase the hot water capabilities at B1364, NCOA Barracks on Fort McCoy. Work to be performed will be within the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 238220 with a small business size standard of $16.5 million. Solicitation W911SA21T2000 will be issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ) using the procedures outlined in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13 as supplemented by the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), and the Army Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (AFARS). It is anticipated that this requirement will be awarded as a firm fixed-price contract. This solicitation will be 100% Small Business Set Aside. Project magnitude is between $100,000 and $500,000.00 Period of Performance: 120 days after noticed to proceed is issued. MICC Fort McCoy intends to issue the solicitation within 30 days of this presolicitation notice. The site visit date and time will be provided in the solicitation, once it is posted.
