The Mission and Installation Contracting Command has a requirement for a Contractor to provide all parts, labor, equipment, material, supervision and transportation necessary to correct water runoff issues at building 8061on Fort McCoy, WI in accordance with the specifications, drawings, and all contract documents including all referenced documentation. Solicitation W911SA21Q2003 will be issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ) using the procedures outlined in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13. It is anticipated that this requirement will be awarded as a firm fixed priced contract. The anticipated period of performance is March 22- July 30, 2021. The Primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 237310 with a size standard of $39.5 Million. This procurement is 100% Small Business Set Aside. The magnitude of this project is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. Site Visit Information will be posted in the RFQ. There will only be one site visit. The Site Visit will only be changed by Amendment to the Solicitation if that is necessary. Attendance at the Site Visit is not mandatory though highly encouraged.
