The Mission and Installation Contratcing Command has a requirement for a Contractor to provide all provide all parts, labor, tools, equipment, materials, transportation, and supervision :necessary to replace rubber surfacing outside Building 1796 (wo 2695): at Fort Mccoy, Wisconsin in accordance with the specifications, drawings, and contract documents including all referenced documentation. Solicitation W911SA21Q2001 will be issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ) using the procedures outlined in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13. It is anticipated that this requirement will be awarded as a firm fixed priced contract. The anticipated period of performance is 180 days after the notice to proceed is issued. The Primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 238110 with a size standard of $16.5 Million. This procurement is 100% Small Business Set Aside. The magnitude of this project is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. Site Visit Information will be posted in the RFQ. There will only be one site visit. The Site Visit will only be changed by Amendment to the Solicitation if that is necessary. Attendance at the Site Visit is not mandatory though highly encouraged.
