No other changes were made. The Mission and Installation Contracting Command has a requirement for a Contractor to provide all parts, labor, equipment, material, supervision and transportation necessary for the delivery of LP Gas to St. Charles, MO. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price, multiple year, indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract for delivery of LP Gas to St. Charles, MO, in accordance with the specifications, and all contract documents including all referenced documentation. Solicitation W911SA21Q1017 will be issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ) using the procedures outlined in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items and FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. It is anticipated that this requirement will be awarded as a firm fixed priced contract. The anticipated period of performance is 01 July 2021 through 30 June 2023 or subsequent date. The Primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 324110 with a size standard of 1,500 Employees. This procurement is 100% Small Business Set Aside.
