The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC), Fort McCoy, Wisconsin has a requirement to construct trail stream crossings on Fort McCoy, Wisconsin. Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, transportation, and supervision necessary to perform the work under this contract including but not limited to: Repair Bridge NRP03, removing old timber piers, earthwork, installation of precast concrete piers, installation of steel guardrail, erosion control, re-alignment of structure on new piers, and landscaping, AND Construct Stream Crossing B03, Construct Stream Crossing C11-1, Construct Stream Crossing C11-4, and Construct Stream Crossing C12-1 construction including: concrete culvert, earthwork, roadway construction, concrete cable mat, erosion control, and landscaping. Work to be performed will be within the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 237310 with a small business size standard of $39.5 million. Solicitation W911SA21B2006 will be issued as an Invitation for Bids (IFB) using the procedures outlined in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 14 as supplemented by the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), and the Army Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (AFARS). It is anticipated that this requirement will be awarded as a single award, firm fixed-price contract. This solicitation will be Small Business HubZone Set Aside. Project magnitude is between $2,000,000 and $3,000,000. Period of Performance: Work is to be completed NLT 30 June 2022. MICC Fort McCoy intends to issue the solicitation within 45 days of this presolicitation notice. The site visit date and time will be provided in the solicitation, once it is posted.
