This is a non-personal service contract to provide maintenance and cleaning services as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS) at US Army Garrison Fort Hunter Liggett located at the following facilities: Training barracks 205, 207, 208, 230, 295, 229; Unaccompanied Personal Housing (UPH) 193, 194, 195, Operational Readiness Training Complex (ORTC) 3010, 3015, 3020, & 3025 and Laundry Facility 295C, Fort Hunter Liggett, CA 93928. Laundry Faciliy 295C will be added to the base period unpon the completion of construction which is scheduled for completion for March 2020, provided no delays in construction. The purpose of Amendment 4 is to change the offer due date/ local time to 3 January 2020 at 10:00 AM CST. The purpose of Amendment 5 is to update the Wage Determination to the most recent version. Amendment 5 also extends the due date/ local time to 6 January 2020 at 10 AM CST.
