Amendment 4-Update the wage determinatino for Thurston County and extend the closing date to 16 Jul 2020 at 10:00 AM (CST). Amendment 1-A site visit will be held on 03 June 2020, please see amendment for details. This amendment also extends the due date for questions to 10 June 2020 at 4:00 PM (CST) and quotes to 17 June 2020 at 10:00 AM (CST). This is a non-personnel services contract to provide janitorial/custodial services as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS) at Army Reserve facility WA035 located at 5119 Portland Ave, Tacoma, WA 98404 & WA038 located at 921 South 4th Ave, Tumwater, WA 98568. The Government will not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government. This requirement is for a base plus four option periods.
