Please note the offeror due date on this posting is invalid as this solicitation is hereby cancelled. Solicitation W911SA-20-Q-3077 will be issued on or about 18 June 2020 and can be accessed at beta.sam.gov. This requirement is for Intrusion Detection System Preventative and Corrective Maintenance at the 88th Readiness Division Army Reserve facilities located acress 19 states; in accordance with the Performance Work Statement and the term and conditions of the solicitation and resultant contract. The performance period is 1 August 2020 (or subsequent date) to 31 July 2021 with four (4) one year option periods. Written questions must be furnished to the Governement no later than 30 June 2020 at 2:00 PM (CST) Telephone, written or electronic request for hard copies of the solicitation documentation will be discouraged. Vendors interested in this solicitation should access beta.sam.gov for issuance of the solicitation, associated documents and solicitation amendments. THIS IS A Sources Sought Notice ONLY. The U.S. Government currently intends to award a contract for DSC Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS) Preventative and Corrective Maintenance services and DSC IDS new installation for 232 locations across a 19 state region. The Government is seeking vendors that may be able to perform this requirement in order to support a competitive procurement. Accordingly, the U.S. Government highly encourages all interested businesses (large and small) to respond to this sources sought synopsis. In addition, all interested parties, both large and small businesses, in all socioeconomic categories (including, 8(a) Business Development Program, Small Disadvantage Business, Historically Underutilized Business Zone, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, Women-Owned Small Business concerns), must describe their identifying capabilities in meeting the requirements at a fair market price, i.e., information which may help support a set-aside. Attached are the draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) and applicable Technical Exhibits. Identify subcontracting, joint ventures or teaming arrangement that will be pursued, if any. 3.
