This is a non-personal services contract to provide janitorial/custodial services as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS) at Army Reserve facility MT008 located at 2150 Williams Street, Helena, MT 59602-9233. The Government will not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government. This requirement is for base period and four option periods.
