The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC), Fort McCoy, Wisconsin has a requirement to Construct an Addition and Repair Interior of Bldg 1395 on Fort McCoy, Wisconsin. Work to be performed will be within the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 236220 with a small business size standard of $39.5 million. Solicitation W911SA20B2012 will be issued as an Invitation for Bids (IFB) using the procedures outlined in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 14 as supplemented by the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), and the Army Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (AFARS). It is anticipated that this requirement will be awarded as a single award, firm fixed-price contract. This solicitation will be a 100% Hub Zone Small Business Set aside. Project magnitude is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Period of Performance: 365 days from NTP. MICC Fort McCoy intends to issue the solicitation within 45 days of this presolicitation notice. During to the Ongoing Health Pandemic, the Site visit for this requirement will not be scheduled at this time. Please continue to monitor beta.sam.gov for amendments that are posted for this requirement if your company is interested in attending the site visit. Site Visit attendance is not mandatory although encouraged. There will only be one site visit. Please utilize this time to review the documents. Questions may be submitted via email to the POC listed in the solicitation before the site visit. Questions are not answered at the site visit.
