The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) has a requirement for a Contractor to provide all parts, labor, equipment, material, supervision and transportation necessary to repair bridges and culverts at Fort McCoy, WI, in accordance with the specifications, drawings, and all contract documentation. Solicitation W911SA20B2007 will be issued as an Invitation for Bids (IFB) using the procedures outlined in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 14. It is anticipated that this requirement will be awarded as a firm fixed priced contract. This procurement is 100% HUBZone Small Business Set Aside. The magnitude of this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The Period of Performance: Project must be completed on or before November 30, 2020. The Primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 237310 with a size standard of $39.5 Million. Any party interested in the solicitation should access the new contract opportunities website, formally FBO.gov, at https://beta.sam.gov, for the future issuance of the solicitation and all associated documents. MICC, Fort McCoy intends to issue the solicitation within 30 days of this pre-solicitation notice. Site Visit Information will be posted in the IFB. There will only be one site visit. The Site Visit will only be changed by Amendment to the Solicitation if that is necessary. Attendance at the Site Visit is not mandatory though highly encouraged. Do not contact the Contract Specialist for requests to change the set aside or to state your interest. Parties interested in the solicitation, associated documents, and solicitation amendments: contractors will not be directly notified of solicitation amendments.
