The Mission and Installation Contracting Command has a requirement for a Contractor to provide all parts, labor, equipment, material, supervision and transportation necessary to complete two projects listed below on Fort McCoy, WI in accordance with the specifications, drawings, and all contract documents including all referenced documentation. Project One: Have a WISCONSIN certified tank remover/installer, remove three tanks and replace each tank with a 1,000 gallon, double-walled steel tank, in accordance with all Wisconsin regulatory requirements. Installation of replacement tanks shall include all piping, grounding, electrical hook ups, bollards, decals, and othe required equipment, and provide the Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection (DATCP) permits and coordination with the DATCP inspector. All work shall be completed in conformance to Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection 93(ATCP 93, and all other applicable requirements. Project Two: Repair approximately 250 lineal feet of expansion joint cracks in the floor of Building 207 Solicitation W911SA19Q2008 will be issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ) using the procedures outlined in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13. It is anticipated that this requirement will be awarded as a firm fixed priced contract. The anticipated period of performance is 90 days after the notice to proceed is issued. The Primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 236220 with a size standard of $36.5 Million. This procurement is 100%Small Business Set Aside. The Request for quotes will be available electronically at www.fbo.gov on or about 7 August 2019 and it anticipated award within 30 days after quotes are due. The magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. Site Visit Information will be posted in the RFQ. There will only be one site visit. The Site Visit will only be changed by Amendment to the Solicitation if that is necessary. Attendance at the Site Visit is not mandatory though highly encouraged. The main gate at Fort McCoy is under construction, please ensure you allow additional time for entering Fort McCoy, WI.
