This requirement is for Custodial Services at Facility MI051 in Augusta, MI. The period of performance is anticipated to be 1 June 2024 to 31 May 2025 (or subsequent date), with four (4) one (1) year options periods, and a six (6) month option to extend services. Quotes shall be emailed to amy.e.lewellen.civ@army.mil. Quotes are due to the Government on or before the date/time listed on the solicitation in central time. It is the contractor’s responsibility to ensure their quote is received by the due date and time. As an Addendum to FAR 52.212-1, contractor shall submit all items in accordance with the Supplemental Information by the solicitation closing date and time. The contractor SHALL provide all required documents with submission of quotes.
