Solicitation Description Solicitation W911SA-24-Q-3078 will be issued on Tuesday, February 20, 2024, and can be accessed at www.sam.gov. This requirement is for Snow Removal Services at one (1) location in Topeka, Kansas. The performance period is March 01, 2024 (or subsequent date), to October 31, 2024, with four (4) 12-month option periods, and a six (6) month option to extend services. Quotes shall be emailed to jon.m.dahl4.civ@army.mil. Quotes are due to the Government on or before the date/time listed on the solicitation in central standard time (CST) zone. It is the contractor’s responsibility to ensure their quote is received by the due date and time. As an Addendum to FAR 52.212-1, contractor shall submit all items in accordance with the Supplemental Information by the solicitation closing date and time. The contractor SHALL provide all required documents with submission of quotes: Signed SF 1449, Completed information from the Supplemental Information section, Completed Price Schedule attachment, and Signed SF30 Solicitation Amendment (if applicable). If all required documents are not provided with the quote submission, your quote MAY NOT be considered for award.
