As an Addendum to FAR 52.212-1, contractor shall submit all items in accordance with the Supplemental Information by the solicitation closing date and time. The contractor SHALL provide all required documents with submission of quotes: Signed SF 1449, Completed information from the Supplemental Information section, Completed Price Schedule attachment, and Signed SF30 Solicitation Amendment (if applicable). If all required documents are not provided with the quote submission, your quote MAY NOT be considered for award.
