Question and answer responses have been incorporated into the solicitation. Solicitation W911SA-24-Q-3019 will be issued on Friday, February 9, 2024, and can be accessed at www.sam.gov. This requirement is for Temporary Tent Support Services at various locations in California. The performance period is May 1, 2024 to April 30, 2025 with two (2) option years. Quotes shall be emailed to april.m.hericks.civ@army.mil. Quotes are due to the Government on or before the date/time listed on the solicitation in central time. It is the contractor’s responsibility to ensure their quote is received by the due date and time. As an Addendum to FAR 52.212-1, contractor shall submit all items in accordance with the Supplemental Information by the solicitation closing date and time. Signed Amendments If all required documents are not provided with the quote submission, your quote MAY NOT be considered for award. Written questions must be furnished to the Government no later 10:00 AM CST, Sunday February 25, 2024. Vendors interested in this solicitation should access www.sam.gov for issuance of the solicitation, associated documents and solicitation amendments. Vendors will not be directly notified of solicitation amendments.
