Solicitation W911SA-23-Q-3067 will be issued on Wednesday, 15 March 2023 and can be accessed at www.sam.gov. This requirement is for Custodial Services at two (2) locations in Dayton and Troy, Ohio. The performance period is 01 April 2023 (or subsequent date) to 31 March 2024 with four (4) 12-month option periods, and a six (6) month option to extend services. Quotes shall be emailed to jon.m.dahl4.civ@army.mil. Quotes are due to the Government on or before the date/time listed on the solicitation in central standard time (CST) zone. It is the contractor’s responsibility to ensure their quote is received by the due date and time. As an Addendum to FAR 52.212-1, contractor shall submit all items in accordance with the Supplemental Information by the solicitation closing date and time. The contractor SHALL provide all required documents with submission of quotes. Signed SF 1449, Completed information from the Supplemental Information section, Completed Price Schedule attachment, Signed SF30 Solicitation Amendment (if applicable), If all required documents are not provided with the quote submission, your quote MAY NOT be considered for award. Vendors interested in this solicitation should access www.sam.gov for issuance of the solicitation, associated documents, and solicitation amendments. Vendors will not be directly notified of solicitation amendments.
