4.10.23: Amendment 0003 Posted. 4.7.23: Amendment 0002 Posted. 3.24.23: Amendment 0001 Posted. Solicitation W911SA-23-Q-3063 will be issued on Monday, 20 March 2023, and can be accessed at www.sam.gov. This requirement is for rental of personal protective clothing with laundering and maintenance services at 45 locations in 9 states thoughout the continental United States and Pureto Rico. The states include South Carolina, North Carolin, Tennesse, Alabama, Mississippi, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Lousiana. The Period of Performance is 66 months from 1 April 2023 to 30 September 2028 with four (4) option years and a six (6) month option to extend services. Quotes shall be emailed to melissa.t.larson.civ@army.mil. Quotes are due to the Government on or before the date/time listed on the solicitation in central time. It is the contractor’s responsibility to ensure their quote is received by the due date and time. As an Addendum to FAR 52.212-1, contractor shall submit all items in accordance with the Supplemental Information by the solicitation closing date and time. The contractor SHALL provide all required documents with submission of quotes. Signed SF 1449, Completed information from the Supplemental Information section Completed Price Schedule Attachment. Signed Amendments (if applicable) If all required documents are not provided with the quote submission, your quote MAY NOT be considered for award. Written questions must be furnished to the Government no later 10:00 AM CST, Wednesday 22 March 2023. Telephone, written or electronic request for hard copies of the solicitation documentation will be discouraged. Vendors interested in this solicitation should access www.sam.gov for issuance of the solicitation, associated documents and solicitation amendments. Vendors will not be directly notified of solicitation amendments.
