This requirement is for Ambulance Services at at multiple training sites in and around Muscatuck Urban Training Center (MUTC in Butlerville, IN and Camp Attebury Joint Maneuer Training Cerner (CAJMTC) in Edinburhg, IN. The performance period is 21 April 2023 to 4 May 2023. Quotes shall be emailed to melissa.t.larson.civ@army.mil. Quotes are due to the Government on or before the date/time listed on the solicitation in central time. It is the contractor’s responsibility to ensure their quote is received by the due date and time. As an Addendum to FAR 52.212-1, contractor shall submit all items in accordance with the Supplemental Information by the solicitation closing date and time. The contractor SHALL provide all required documents with submission of quotes.
